Tamara has been working in the Condo Management Industry for over 15 years and has been managing other Condo Managers for 13 of those years. Tamara offers a wealth of knowledge and experience for many different types of projects that condo corporations have encountered such as major capital renovations, loans, insurance losses, and many more. Tamara continues to work with a large portfolio while managing the Bridgegate office, providing guidance to the Bridgegate team and building professional relationships outside of the office. As a member of both CCI and ACMA, she has completed the CCI 100, 200 and 300 courses as well as obtaining her Accredited Condo Manager designation through ACMA. One of Tamara’s goals is to continue to build Bridgegate Property Management by growing the Bridgegate team all while building better solutions for condo corporations and their owners.

Anne-Marie has been in property management for over 25 years and held a real-estate licence. She is a hands-on manager who has looked after rentals and commercial properties but specialized in the administration of condominium projects. Anne-Marie has overseen new buildings, renovations, repairs and always gave her full support to sub-trades and others working under her supervision. With her wealth of knowledge she has gained over the years, she offers guidance to the Bridgegate team and is always there to help with a smile. She loves working with people and has always been an enthusiastic and dedicated team player. On a fun note: Anne-Marie loves golfing, bowling, and pool.

Ron is an Electrical Technologist who spent 27 years with Telus in Engineering & Management. He has 20 years of experience in Property Management, including 2+ years as Branch Manager and currently manages 9 properties. He has extensive physical experience in all aspects of construction including contracts and residential home design. Ron offers a well-designed program for each of his properties that keeps everything running smoothly. Ron is married with 2 children and 3 grandsons, and his interests include sports, music, and traveling.

Nicola has 20 years of property management experience in both residential and commercial condominium management and is licensed with the Real Estate Council. Nicola also has worked with many Developers over the years specializing in new condominium developments. Nicola offers a wealth of knowledge to her portfolio of condo corporations as well as offering to assist other managers within the Bridgegate team. Nicola’s goal it to personalize the management experience for both Boards and Owners and has been working with several of her clients exclusively for over 10 years.

Shannon recently came to Bridgegate with over 20 years of property management experience and 10 years of managing condominium corporations. Shannon is a passionate and caring individual that enjoys working hand in hand with her condo corporations as well as the many contractors. With the many different goals that each condo corporation has, Shannon works effectively while assisting them through renovations, new builds or setting maintenance schedules to keep her properties running smoothly. Shannon enjoys spending her off time with her grandchildren and her quiet time cardmaking.

Lindsey recently completed her licensing though the Real Estate Counsel and is now managing a small portfolio. She has sat as President on her Condo Board for many years and brings that perspective to the Boards she manages. Lindsey’s goal is to build trust with each individual along the way while ensuring that each condo corporation is running smoothly with the right people in the right places. Her career background before coming to Bridgegate Property Management is on the administrative law side, working for self regulated professional bodies such as the Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA), The Realtor’s Association of Edmonton and The Institute of Chartered Accountants. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys karaoke, music, and spending time with her daughter.
